The successful candidate should possess:
- Have effective communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Honest and dependable, mechanically and construction inclined
- Self-motivated, but able to take direction and be part of a team
- Eligible to work in the US
- Have valid NY driver's License with a good driving record
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test if needed
Physical requirements:
- Safely lift up to 100 lbs
- Tolerate temperatures up to 100 degrees and above for extended periods of time
- Continually climb 24′ & 36' ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
