Local Farmer's market with Meat department looking for an Experienced Butcher/Meat Cutter:
Minimum 5 years experience
. Must be able to cut and trim meat.
. Must be able to cut the constant flow of meat to fill casing and storage.
. Ability to order, price, wrap, rotate stock and cut with limited supervision.
. Friendly persona towards customers and colleagues.
. Must be able to take initiative to improve sales.
. Maintain safety and sanitation standards according to the store's specifications and stay in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in those same areas.
. Ensure satisfaction and maintain quality service.
