We are seeking a reliable and friendly Full-Time Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service to ensure our guests have a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries
Scan items and ensure pricing is accurate
Operate cash register, handle payments, and issue receipts
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Resolve customer complaints in a patient and professional manner
Bag items carefully and assist customers with packing if needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Upsell products and promote current sales and promotions
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role in retail/customer service
Basic mathematical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
