Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and train staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Maintain communication between role players
Ensure proper merchandise displays
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
