Responsibilities:

- Serve as the initial point of contact for end-users, addressing technical issues via phone, email, or in-person.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.

- Log, prioritize, and track support requests using our ticketing system.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams for resolution.

- Assist employees with software installations, configurations, and upgrades.

- Offer guidance on IT-related policies and procedures.

- Maintain accurate documentation of common issues and resolutions.

- Contribute to the creation and updating of user guides and knowledge base articles.

- Work closely with other IT team members to share knowledge and best practices.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Basic understanding of ITIL principles is a plus.

Schedule:

9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST), Monday to Friday

Workplace: Office; 401 Ocean view ave, Brooklyn NY 11235, no remote job
