Job Skills / Requirements
Field Supervisor Security must have at least Five years experience working in the Field as a Field Supervisor.
Supervise and lead a team of security officers across various locations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, conducting regular site inspections.
Train and develop security personnel on job duties, safety protocols, and emergency response.
Maintain positive client relationships, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Oversee security operations including patrols, access control, and incident reporting.
Respond to emergencies, coordinate with authorities, and conduct thorough incident investigations.
Maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
