Qualifications:
Valid F-89, Z-89 or T-89 Certification.
Valid NYS Security Guard License.
Strong knowledge of fire codes, regulations, and safety practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive fire safety programs.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of fire safety systems and protocols.
Collaborate with local fire departments and safety agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.
Train staff on fire safety measures, emergency procedures, and evacuation plans.
Respond to fire-related emergencies and lead incident response efforts.
Maintain accurate records of safety drills, inspections, and safety training.
