Licensed Sales Specialist (Entry-Level) – High-Volume Outbound Calling
We’re hiring a Licensed Sales Specialist to handle outbound auto insurance quote outreach. This role is the first step toward becoming a Full Phone Closer.
You’ll be contacting warm internet leads — 150–200 outbound calls per day, plus text and email follow-ups through our CRM.

What You’ll Do
Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to engage warm leads
Send structured text/email follow-ups
Verify customer information and complete required discovery
Review coverage, driving history, and insurance history
Understand how Insurance Scores affect eligibility and pricing
Escalate higher-risk profiles to senior advisors
Set up closers with strong, complete files

Active P&C license (or ability to get licensed quickly)
Comfortable with high-volume phone work
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow a structured, exact process
Reliable and professional work ethic
Coachable and disciplined

Pay & Bonus
This role uses performance bonuses, not commission.
Bonus Range: $500–$1,000 per period
Based on: call activity, qualification quality, professionalism, correct escalations
