Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic experienced Sales Representatives for the Queens NY area.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and a proven track record in sales. This role is essential in driving our business forward by building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our products and services. Previous experience within the stone industry would be preferred. This possition offers base pay plus comissions. Monday to Friday

Duties are but not limted to:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.

Present and demonstrate products effectively to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.

Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up strategies.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the company’s CRM system.

Maintain a good relationship with our currrent accounts and open new accounts.

Previous experience in a sales role is a must, showcasing a strong ability to drive results.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and overcoming challenges in the sales process. J
