Are you an ambitious, results-driven sales professional? We're seeking Sales Representatives for SovDoc to help expand our reach by engaging with medical office buildings. Your primary role will involve in-person outreach to doctors' offices, introducing SovDoc’s services and setting up initial meetings. No involvement in the delivery of our services—just focus on selling and earning great commissions.

Our mission is to empower doctors through strategic financial modeling, digital marketing, and practice optimization, enabling them to unlock the full potential of their practices.

Financial Advisory: We develop customized financial models to help doctors understand their profitability, increase their practice’s EBITDA, and prepare for a lucrative sale.

Digital Advisory: We enhance medical practices’ online presence through SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and more to attract new patients and drive practice growth.

Strategic Advisory: We guide physicians through sale preparation, maximizing the value of their practice when the time comes to sell.

As a Sales Representative, your role will strictly focus on introducing SovDoc to medical practices. You’ll explain how SovDoc’s services can benefit their business, schedule appointments, and follow up to ensure meetings are booked.

What We Offer:

Payment per booked meeting, and additional payment per client conversion

Commission-based structure with potential for small variable hourly compensation (negotiable)

Payments made at the end of each month on Net 7 terms

Opportunities for November/December lead generation

Top performers can earn up to 6-figures

What You'll Do:

Conduct walk-ins and in-person outreach to medical office buildings

Present SovDoc’s value proposition to physicians and office managers

Schedule meetings with decision-makers to discuss how SovDoc can optimize their practice’s growth and profitability

Maintain records of leads and follow up to ensure meetings are confirmed

Qualifications:

Proven track record in B2B sales (healthcare industry experience is a plus)

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and drive results

Passion for healthcare and business growth

This role is perfect for those who love the thrill of sales and meeting new people. You will not be involved in the actual service delivery—your focus is purely on lead generation and appointment setting.
