ZZ Day Spa | Full-Time
ZZ Day Spa is seeking a polished, professional Front Desk / Sales Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our luxury spa environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels at guest experience, relationship-building, and thoughtful sales conversations.
As the first point of contact, you will create a calm, elevated experience for every guest while guiding them through our services and exclusive membership offerings. If you take pride in professionalism, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional service, we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a warm, refined guest experience from arrival to checkout
Manage scheduling and front desk operations with precision
Build genuine relationships with guests throughout their visit
Confidently present spa memberships in a natural, consultative manner
Maintain detailed guest notes and accurate client records
Follow up with qualified guests as needed
Partner with the Spa Manager to support front desk membership sales
Invite satisfied guests to share their experience with a 5-star review
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales (luxury or hospitality experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Professional appearance and demeanor
Comfortable with consultative sales
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Schedule:
Full-time, in-person
5 days per week
Weekend availability required
Compensation and Benefits:
$22/hour base pay
Earning potential of $30–$35/hour with commissions and incentives
$30–$50 commission per membership sold
Performance bonuses and incentives
