Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, intuitive, and motivated Licensed Esthetician with 3+ years of hands-on facial experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about skin care, client experience, and advanced modalities. This is a full-time salaried role with 40 hours per week, including evening and weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality customized facials with an intuitive, results-focused approach.
Deliver a minimum 15-minute facial massage per treatment.
Perform dermaplaning safely and effectively (required).
Perform microneedling treatments confidently and correctly.
Incorporate gua sha techniques; certification required before start date.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and retail recommendations.
Meet retail sales expectations through strong product knowledge and confidence in selling.
Participate in content creation (comfortable being recorded for educational/content purposes).
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in treatment rooms.
Work collaboratively in a warm, supportive team environment.
Requirements
Valid NYS Esthetician License.
Minimum 3 years of experience performing professional facials.
Ability to microneedle (experience required).
Ability to dermaplane (non-negotiable).
Ability to perform a consistent 15-minute facial massage.
Gua sha knowledge or certification prior to start date.
Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients and professional products.
Professional appearance, communication, and work ethic.
Comfort with being filmed for marketing and content creation.
Must be available for evening hours and one weekend day.
