IKAL Spa + Face Salon is looking to partner with a licensed massage therapist (LMT) with an entrepreneurial spirit to offer massage services to guests at our esthetics spa in Soho. Candidates must have an existing clientele or be willing to build one.
Candidates must have a valid massage therapy license in the State of New York and be passionate about providing quality massage services in a relaxing spa environment. Referrals of existing spa clients will be provided, but LMT partners will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining their own massage clientele in the spa and providing the highest-quality massage treatments.
In addition, massage therapy partners will be expected to:
Maintain a clean treatment area
Collaborate with day-to-day supporting tasks in the studio
Message therapist partners have several compensation options: (1) a 50-50 revenue split with the spa on services provided by the therapist; or, (2) retain 100% of revenue from services minus a flat (daily, weekly or monthly) space rental fee.
