Job Overview:

As a Personal Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs, motivation, and support. You will assess clients' fitness levels, design tailored workout plans, and provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices.

Tuesday from 11am-3pm

Wednesday from 11am-3pm

Thursday from 11am-1pm

Friday from 11am-3pm

Saturday from 11-1pm

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial fitness assessments to understand clients’ goals and create customized workout programs for them.

Teach proper exercise techniques and provide supervision to ensure safe and effective workouts.

Encourage and motivate clients to maintain their commitment to fitness, offering ongoing support and adjustments to their programs as needed.

Provide basic nutrition advice and resources to help clients complement their training with healthy eating habits.

Monitor and track clients' progress, making adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques.

Help maintain a clean and organized gym environment.

Qualifications:

Relevant experience of 1+ years Required

Certifications for specific training, including AED and CPR.

Passionate about health and fitness

Enjoys work that requires frequent shift indirection and is dependable

People oriented – enjoys interacting with people and group projects
