Astoria Property management office is looking to hire a person with at least 2 years of property management experience. Must have knowledge/experience of maintenance repairs, filings with building department and Hpd. Will be required to do onsite inspections, work with tenant repair requests and work orders and work with property manager in general office duties. Hours must be flexible. Queens resident is preferred due to emergency calls. Experience and References are required.
