NEED: Foreman who supervises/manages his crew and works with them side by side. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. Must have 10yr+ experience with Foundation work: underpinning, excavation, rebar, concrete foundations, concrete flatwork. Must be fully competent and responsible for the progress of the job site, all of the tools, and communication with the internal team and the general contractor on site. Daily logs and photos are expected.
FURTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- 5yrs+ experience reading construction drawings particularly SOE, Foundation, Structural drawings at an expert level.
- Have ability to use public transportation to go between project sites if needed.
- Lead groups of men by example and professional instruction.
- SST OSHA card required, 4hr Scaffolding, (fire guard is a plus).
