Position Overview
We are seeking a Site Supervisor / Project Manager (Combo Role) who can manage one primary job site and occasionally check in on another project nearby. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of the job from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Daily oversight of construction activities and site operations
Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and sequencing
Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and protection measures
Track progress, take photos, and provide daily reports
Communicate with the office and ownership on schedule and issues
Assist with project management tasks (RFI follow-up, materials coordination, punch-lists, basic paperwork)
Ensure work is done to high standards and according to drawings
Walk over to a second nearby project if needed (same block/building area)
Requirements
3+ years experience in construction (Site Super or PM experience preferred)
Ability to read drawings and understand construction sequencing
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must be reliable, organized, and professional with clients and trades
Basic computer/smartphone skills (email, photos, simple reports)
OSHA 30 & 62 SST required
DOB Site Safety certifications a plus (not mandatory)
