Contruction Superintendent/Business Partner

We are an actively growing construction company and taking on more projects throughout the five boroughs. This is role is ideal for someone who wants to step into leadership,run multiple jobs, eventually participate in profit -sharing. Requirements will be to FIND AND BID ON ACCURATELY ,oversee all aspects of every job, manage subcontractors,coordinate DOB inspections and safety requirements . Maintain projects timeline and quality standards.Communicate with clients,architects and other trades. REQUIREMENTS . 5 years plus experience as a Superintendent. Strong knowledge of NYC construction codes, site safety,DOB license . Ability to run multiple jobs and manage trades efficiently. Experience in RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL,OR MIXED-USED CONSTRUCTION. STRONG LEADERSHIP,COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS. MUST BE RELIABLE PROFESSIONAL AND BUSINESS-MINDED.
