Lead HVAC Dispatcher
Must know all facets of HVAC trouble shooting. Must know the Five Boroughs
Must be able to lead multiple technicians, write proposals, handle all vendor orders, communicate with clients/build client relationships, Scheduling technicians, scheduling preventative maintenance, Field Edge Software, Build Ops Software, keep track of all maintenance on vehicles, schedule vehicles to mechanic, data entry, answering phones, speaking to technicians on a daily basis, vehicle tracking, tracking technicians for payroll
Sr HVAC service mechanics
Min 5 years experience, Must have all Certifications , Must have Clean Driver license , Must have
Experience with Controls, Must Know how to Change Compressors, Must Know how to trouble shoot and diagnose
