Able to Speak, Read + Write in English (Additional languages are a Plus)
Drug free (we do random testing)
Read Blueprints/Plans
Familiar with NYC Plumbing Codes
Reliable
You MUST have the Following to work with us:
1. Clean Valid Driver's License AND be able to Drive in NYC
2. Social Security Card or Work Visa
3. Osha Card 40 Hours (if you don't have, we can help you apply)
4. Gas Qualification Certificate from NYC DoB (if you don't have, we can help you apply)
5. F-60 and G-60 FDNY Certificates (if you don't have, we can help you apply)
6. Task 86/87 Qualification (if you don't have, we can help you apply)
We will be checking references, so please provide at least 2 prior employments.
