UCS is seeking an experienced working foreman to lead day to day field operations on high end interior projects throughout Manhattan. This role combines hands on carpentry with on site leadership. The foreman will oversee site crews, coordinate trades, review and interpret drawings, lay out precise work, manage material flow, and uphold an elevated standard of craftsmanship. The position requires maintaining schedule milestones, enforcing site safety, and ensuring a clean and orderly work environment suited to luxury residential and boutique commercial interiors. Candidates must bring refined carpentry skills, strong communication, and the ability to drive production in tight urban conditions while protecting the quality and detail expected in top tier interiors.
