GMC is seeking experienced professional Parking Attendants to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintain the parking area, ensuring a smooth and safe flow of vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service to all guests. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
Duties
Greet customers upon arrival and assist them with parking their vehicles.
Safely drive and park vehicles in designated areas, including manual transmission vehicles.
Monitor the parking lot to ensure proper vehicle placement and adherence to parking regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns from guests.
Handle cash, and credit card transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak times.
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times with customers and employees.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a valet parking attendant is preferred.
Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including those with manual transmission, required
Strong cash handling skill.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A valid driver's license is required, along with a clean driving record.
