We are seeking an experienced Flatbed and wheel-lift Tow Truck Driver to join our team for Day Shift and Night Shift roadside assistance. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience operating a wheel-lift or a Flatbed tow truck
- Proficiency in using dollies
- Experience with jump starts and lock-outs
- Familiarity with flatbed operations is a plus winching vehicles
- Experience with Illegally parked cars and Blocked driveways
- Provide roadside assistance services during nighttime hours
- Safely operate a tow truck to respond to customer requests
- Experience with Darp and Rotow Towing
- Utilize wheel-lift and dollies to recover vehicles
- Perform jump starts and lock-outs as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
