The most successful Special Education Teachers have excellent verbal and written skills and a positive attitude about providing high quality services to children in need.

Requirements
BA/MA/MS and New York State Certification in any one of the following areas:
Special Education Permanent Certificate
Students with Disabilities, Grades 1-6
Students with Disabilities, Grades 7-12
Students with Disabilities All Grades
Clean background and criminal record
