You will have the opportunity tosupport our leadership team, building out our technological solutions to better positionCertified Origins for the future and deliver on the needs of our internal and externalcustomers.The ideal candidate for this position will possess extensive experience in IT projectsupport and exhibit strong leadership and interpersonal skills.location: PORT CHESTER, New Yorkjob type: Permanentsalary: $90,000 - 100,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelorsresponsibilities:Essential Duties & Responsibilities:? Works with managers to identify and analyze requirements for informationsystems, develop and modify project plans, soliciting input from project team, andparticipate in phase, milestone, and final project reviews.? Creates documentation that includes process workflows, procedures,diagramming, project reports, metrics, policies, and more.? Partners with colleagues in different work units to assess how projects will affectworkloads and identify dependencies and possible issues across teams.? Will have to manage requests relating to the company's ERP software.? Recommends appropriate products and services to managers to define and trackproject scope, requirements, and deliverables.? Recommends purchase or contracting for IT services, equipment, products,supplies, property, or other items.? Will deal with change management, for monitoring and planning infrastructuralchange activities, in agreement with suppliers and application areas.? Implement and enforce security best practices and policies to protect companydata and assets.? Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.? strong knowledge of network protocols, security protocols and infrastructuretechnologies.? Must have a deep knowledge of IT logic, from processes to regulations.? Support internal or external audit activities.? Will be responsible for managing the hardware and software infrastructure, withreference to the corporate network infrastructure (wired and wi-fi), internalservices in the data center and in the cloud.? Fosters strong vendor relationships with external and internal service providersand team members.? strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.? Participates in analyzing and resolving problems associated with technicalissues, project resource issues, and project integration issues.? Prepares cost estimates and develops proposals for all changes requested thataffect the project.? Other duties as assigned.qualifications:
