Overview:The individual will work in the Liquidity Coverage Team within the broader Liquidity Management (LM) team which is part of Citi’s Global Treasury Function. The LM team is responsible for establishing the framework for and interpreting regulation in conjunction with other stakeholders within and outside Citi’s Treasury function, providing liquidity oversight to Citi’s global entities, and to meet the company’s global needs both in normal market conditions as well as during periods of stress.The Liquidity Coverage Team:The Liquidity Coverage Team is the primary point of contact for many of liquidity deliverables per Citi’s liquidity Risk Policy and Procedures. The team manages and facilitates the implementation of Policy and Procedure requirements for liquidity deliverables across the firm with a focus on streamlining deliverables and standardization. The work of the team includes daily, monthly, quarterly and annual BAU liquidity deliverables as well as ad-hoc processes and improvement projects. One of the key aspects of this role will be working on the Citigroup Contingency Funding Plan (CFP). This would require the prospective candidate to have a strong working knowledge of CFPs, including liquidity/Market/CFP triggers and perform financial modelling to assist in the determination of a liquidity stress. This would require the candidate to have strong quantitative silks including advance excel.This is a truly global role and gives the individual a unique opportunity to gain exposure to Citi’s balance sheet and legal entities and to develop an understanding of how liquidity is managed across Citi.Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development to Citi’s CFP, including the calibration of EWIs and other related triggers

Design liquidity stress scenarios to facilitate tabletop exercises

Engage with a wide range of stakeholders including but not limited to Treasury, business functions, Liquidity Risk and Model Risk Managers to produce a robust CFP

Have the ability to present at senior level forums

Review Funding and Liquidity Plans and enhance templates

Understands the concept of trapped liquidity and participate in optimizing liquidity between international legal entities

Coordinate and consolidate global FX limit requests for internal stress tests

Coordinate and review US LCR HQLA test submissions

Coordinate horizontal liquidity reviews of legal entities and facilitates presentations to governance committees

Ensure timely submissions and approvals of all liquidity deliverables

Perform other duties and functions as assigned

Qualifications

10 plus years of experience working for a financial services organization

Solid working knowledge of liquidity concepts and metrics such as the US Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and US Net Stable Funding Ratio

Expert level in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferably a working knowledge of Citigroup Financial Systems (IFW / GENESIS / Etc.)

Excellent project management skills to tackle multiple deliverables and willingness to take ownership and execute on deliverables

Working knowledge of Tableau and SharePoint

Excellent written and oral communication including strong quantitative and presentation skills

Excellent knowledge of Balance Sheet and P&L
