Job Description - RPA Developer - 100% Remote
Responsibilities:- Work closely with different business groups across the enterprise to identify areas where RPA solutions could help solve challenges and increase efficiency.
- Lead the work to design and derive solution requirements.
- Lead the development, testing, deployment, and support of RPA solutions.
- Perform system administration function as part of on-going support.
- Manage the queue of requests coming in for new solutions, updates, and fixes for the RPA team.
- Work with all IT and audit groups to ensure RPA solutions are created in accordance with IT, Security, and Audit standards and regulations.
- Partner with IT and business groups to devise solutions that are consistent with the overall architecture and roadmap.
- Provide excellent level of knowledge and experience with UIPath tools.
- Provide support and mentorship to other team members.
- Stay up to date on best practices and latest technology in the RPA space and apply this knowledge.
- Continuously work with the business, IT groups, and leadership to drive the adoption of RPA and to identify new opportunities.
- Lead the work to stabilize, standardize, and mature the RPA implementation.
- Create metrics, reports, and dashboards and review with team and management to analyze current status, trends, areas of strength, and opportunities for improvement.
- 5+ years' experience designing and developing software solutions
- 3+ years' hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation tools
- 2+ years' development experience with UIPath strongly desired
- A strong engineering or programming background
- Experience with WorkFusion strongly desired
- Experience building bots that interact with Oracle Financials a plus
- Experience working in an ITIL environment strongly desired
- Minimum three years' experience in medium- to large-size enterprise IT environment
