WE ARE HIRING INSTRUCTORS and CERTIFIED TEACHERS in ALL SUBJECTS K-12 for a rewarding part-time position.
WE WANT IN-CENTER INSTRUCTORS AND REMOTE.
You will work with students in the areas of reading, writing, study skills, science and/or math. There is no homework to correct, no lessons to plan, no meetings with parents and our students are well-behaved and the program works and delivers great measurable results we are the gold standard for test prep, subject tutoring and learning center. Thus we look for professionals that are reliable and committed to excellence.
Directorship and Management positions ARE available after 8 months of demonstrated RELIABILITY and EXCELLENCE.
We are accredited by the Middle State Association of Colleges and Schools so you can get teaching experience with us and/or you can experience job satisfaction from teaching the best program in town.
After a paid training period, you will spend all your time TEACHING. We have been helping students succeed for over 40 years, so you can be assured that you will make a difference.
PREPARE STUDENTS FOR THE ACT and SAT!
If you want to help motivated students get into the college of their choice. We will train you with pay to use our materials, methods and strategies that work. Our previous students have typically shown dramatic increases in their scores (230+ SAT and 5+ ACT). WE look for a 6 month's commitment minimum - we are not a gig.
What we are looking for:
Instructors should have a 4 year college degree and a passion for helping students. For learning center (reading skills, math, study skills) we require teacher certification.
Recent grads (or last semester), current teachers, retired professionals, engineers, and veterans are encouraged to apply. Certification is a plus but not necessary for certain positions
Experience with teaching is desirable.
Commitment to excellence is required.
(This is not a temporary gig we are looking for people that can stick around and commit to teaching students)
Requirements: Availability and dependability (at least 12 hours/week) we have asomewhat flexible schedule and a fun environment - teachers love working for us and seeing students progress our program works!
We are open M-F 9 AM-8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
