Part-Time Grounds Person for Apartment Complex-Pay Rate: $16.50 per hourHOURS - 25 Hours per week, Monday thru Friday, 8AM-1PM, this is NOT a seasonal position - it is year-round.Job description:We are hiring for a part-time groundskeeper to work a total of 20 hours per week, Monday-FridayPrimary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Weeding, Cleanup of branches and leaves
Shoveling/Salting in the winter months
Small amount of furniture and appliance moving as necessary
Clean areas around Dumpsters and in Basements
Pulling/removing old carpets and sweeping after
Understand MSDS sheets and safe work practices
Comply with OSHA, EPA, and DEC requirements
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
Must have prior general grounds experience and basic mechanical aptitude
Must be reliable, dedicated, and trustworthy
Ability to lift at least 50lbs
Valid driver's license is required
