Compensation: $19.00 an hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday starting at 10 AM and occasional Saturdays as needed

Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for overseeing the inbound and outbound movement of goods within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy in inventory counts, order fulfillment, and compliance with established procedures. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records and stock levels.

Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications

Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against shipping documents, purchase orders, and packing slips to ensure accuracy and completeness

Visually inspect all incoming and outgoing vehicles by climbing onto truck and manually opening bay doors

Enter inventory data in handheld and maintain all required records

Adhere to safety protocols and best practices for equipment operation, material handling, and warehouse housekeeping

Job Requirements

High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred

Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience preferred

Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

Must have the ability to regularly lift, push and pull up to 55 pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach

Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with advanced machinery that generates high volume noise during operations. This role requires standing and walking for long periods of time, as well as, varying warehouse temperatures due to machinery or environmental conditions
