Description The Rochester Regional Health Division of Chemical Dependency is seeking a full-time, board certified physician to join our Outpatient Addiction Medicine team. Our Outpatient services provide comprehensive care for our patients that are dealing with various substance use disorders. We offer Outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services, MAT- only, and Ambulatory withdrawal management services. STATUS: 1.0 FTELOCATION: Rochester, NY DEPARTMENT: Behavioral HealthQUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESConduct initial and follow up assessments for patients dealing with substance use disorder (SUD).Develop individualized treatment options for patients in our outpatient program.Provide Medication - Assisted Treatment (MAT) including Buprenorphine/Naloxone, Naltrexone, and other ancillary medications. Work in a multidisciplinary team of nurses and therapists to reach the patient's treatment goals.Provide physician input and leadership in one of our outpatient clinics in Monroe County.Provide care in accordance with the NYS Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) regulations.
