Job Title: Quality InspectorJob DescriptionWe are looking to fill a 2nd shift Quality Inspector/CMM Operator position. The candidate will be responsible for performing precision dimensional measurements, including layouts for new products, PPAP packages, prototypes, and engineering changes. The role involves statistical testing to determine the capability, repeatability, and acceptability of products.Responsibilities

Determine part acceptability of complex layouts through accurate and detailed measurements using CMM and other advanced measurement systems.

Program CMM, Smart Scope, Keyence, Creaform 3D Scanner, and other advanced measurement systems.

Perform required statistical analysis of data obtained from product samples.

Essential Skills

CMM operation

Experience using micrometers and calipers

Basic computer skills

Basic math skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1 year of experience as a quality inspector

GED or High School Diploma

Experience with SAP, ISO, PC-DMIS, quality assurance, quality inspection, and audit processes
