Buffalo's oldest and most respected Commercial General Contractor is seeking qualified applicants to fill the position of Project Superintendent in the Rochester Area.
We have multiple retail project starting soon.
Requires minimum of 5 years prior Commercial General Contractor Superintendent experience.
Job Specifics:
Experienced in all major work items and trade work involved in a Commercial Construction Project
Comprehension of Project Plans and Specifications
Proactive Attitude and Great Organizational Skills
Tactful Communicator
Project Scheduling Knowledge
Supervision of PCC Trade Workers, Project Subcontractors & Suppliers
Coordination with Owners, Architects & Engineers
Self-Performed Trade Work - Layout, Demo, Concrete & Carpentry work
Basic Computer Skills required - Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Software
Previous Retail Work experience a plus
