Management firm looking for qualified individual to manage operations for a mid-rise apartment building in Rochester. Ideal candidate has diverse array of mechanical skills (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, dry-wall, painting, etc.), works hands-on, and has good knowledge of building construction, systems, and repairs. Additionally, candidate must have strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
