If so, our company is looking for you. As a professional and motivated apprentice, you will learn the skills of an appliance service technician. After successfully completing our training program, you will be assigned a vehicle to run calls solo beginning a strong career as an appliance technician. Extended, industry specific technical training is provided to qualified individuals. The area covered is Monroe and surrounding counties.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience working on major appliances or related schooling (HVAC) is a plus but not necessary.
EPA certification a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Clean driving record and a valid New York driver's license (company vehicle provided)
Formal Appliance Service Training is a plus
Must be willing to submit to a formal background check to include drug test, DMV, and Criminal Background check
Duties and Responsibilities:
Paying close attention to customer service, the In-Home Service Professional will learn to evaluate, troubleshoot, repair and test all types and brands of appliances including washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, stoves/ovens and dishwashers.
