Master Woodworker for high end architectural millwork projects.
Custom cabinet and millwork fabricator, Rochester location. All commercial and institutional projects in wood, laminate and other composite materials. Must have at least 5 years experience, with references. High quality shop looking for professional in capability and work ethic Must have own hand tools; power tools supplied by company. Good work environment, benefits, full time.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Fully fledged journeyman expert technician.
2. Professional experience, references necessary
3. Able to work from printed CAD shop drawings
4. Knowledge of a variety of materials: laminates, plywoods, solid woods, corian, veneers, 3-Form acrylic, metals, etc
5. Intimately familiar with traditional woodworking machines: jointer, planer, table saw, sliding panel saw, band saw, shaper, sanders, routers, etc
6. Able to complete complex assemblies such as reception desks, nurse stations, rail & stile wood panels, etc.
7. Finished projects may be straight, curved, and/or angular.
8. Takes pride in producing top quality work
