Responsibilities:
Under indirect supervision, installs, maintains, tests, and repairs; end user systems, conferencing AV equipment and VOIP phones.
Provides support to on-site and remote employees - including maintenance technicians
Find fixes, workarounds, and final solutions by troubleshooting issues while providing exceptional technical service.
Must be technically capable and an initiator.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited too
Install and configure hardware and software
Respond in timely manner to requests or incidents
Repair or replace equipment as needed
Provide onsite support to end users
Setup up and mail workstations for new hires, and consultants
Assist in new hire IT training for basic IT requirements of end users
High Attention to Detail
Heavy end user support of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Heavy end user support of Google apps (Drive, Docs)
Troubleshoot VOIP phones (Dialpad)
Be able to create Forms, (Jotforms, Doforms)
Maintain Office 365 Admin portal, and Google Admin Portal
Assist techs remotely with cell phone issue

Must report daily to Staten Island, NY
Ability to quickly learn new technology and software
Familiarity with backups and data integrity for a Windows environment
Familiarity with basic server maintenance for a Windows environment
Good organizational skills
Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment with multiple high-level priorities
Strong customer service mentality
Experience with MS Office applications
Experience with Google apps (Google Drive, etc.)
At least 2-3 years of experience in a help desk role
Good employment track record
