About the Job:As Bar Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind the bar operations, beverage program, and guest experience in your venue. You’ll lead with creativity, professionalism, and a passion for exceptional service—mentoring your team, curating world-class drinks, and representing the venue as an ambassador within the hotel and broader industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead bar service with excellence, host guests, and uphold high standards in beverage quality and hospitality.Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing bartender team aligned with House Made Hospitality & Sofitel's values.Innovate cocktail offerings, manage bar setup and maintenance, and ensure service readiness.Act as a spokesperson for the venue, engaging with industry events, PR opportunities, and guest activations.Collaborate with the Head of Beverage on performance metrics, team development, and beverage program evolution.
