Reporting to the Head of Compliance, this role is central to strengthening Montu’s compliance framework and embedding a culture of integrity and accountability across the business.What you’ll doAct as a trusted advisor to the business on compliance obligations and risks.Represent the compliance function in governance committees, projects, and initiatives.Develop, implement, and continuously improve compliance frameworks, policies, and training.Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across the organisation.Monitor regulatory changes and support the business in assessing impact.Lead and support internal compliance investigations, reporting, and monitoring programs.Partner with regulators and stakeholders to ensure transparency and trust.
