About the Job:As Head Sommelier, you’ll lead all things wine—driving sales, curating an exceptional wine program, and delivering high-touch guest experiences. You’ll mentor the wine team, shape beverage culture, and represent the venue proudly within the industry. This is a hands-on leadership role where passion, precision, and storytelling come together.Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional wine service and host guests with warmth, expertise, and attention to detail.Lead wine list development, supplier relationships, and beverage strategy in collaboration with the Head of Beverage.Recruit, train, and mentor a passionate wine team, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.Manage cellar operations, stock control, and ensure compliance with RSA and industry standards.Represent the venue at tastings, events, and through social media, building its reputation as a wine destination.
