Job Summary: Provide general inpatient services on the Neurology team at the SUNY Upstate campuses. Collaborate with colleagues from other Departments involved in providing care. Staff state of the art headache and infusion center to provide outpatient visits, botox therapy and other procedural services. Teach medical students, residents and fellows through lectures, supervision and performance. Minimum Qualifications: Completion of an accredited Neurology Residency Program. Fellowship trained in Headache Medicine. Board certified and/or Board eligible in Vascular Neurology. Holds a NYS Medical License or ability to obtain a NYS Medical License prior to starting.Preferred Qualifications: Work Days: Daytime Hours with Rotating ShiftsSalary Range/Pay Rate: DOQ Message to Applicants: Please submit CV and cover letter with application.
