PRACTICE OVERVIEW
We are a new law firm opening in January 2025. Practice area will be criminal law. Law firm will be headquartered in the District of Columbia with a second office in Syracuse, NY. Law firm will operate under DC Rules of Professional Responsibility §5.4(b) which allows for nonlawyer investors in the law firm.
Law firm will provide the Attorney clients in New York ranging from criminal law cases to DUI cases. During the month of January, law firm is expected to have around twenty (20) prospective clients in New York. Law firm will notify the Attorney when there are clients. Attorney will receive 40% partnership ownership in exchange for his/her labor. Attorney will have no out-of-pocket expenses.
Attorney will be paid on a case by case basis. Attorney has the right to accept or decline cases. If the Attorney declines too many cases, the Attorney will be removed from the law firm. Please Reply, if interested. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis by web meeting. Thank you.
