Commercial construction company looking for well-rounded foremen. We specialize in renovation and remodel work for public clients. Looking for someone with knowledge in all aspects of construction. IE: concrete, commercial doors and hardware, interior finishing trim, drywall, metal stud framing, drop ceilings, electrical and plumbing. Must be able to read blueprints and have a clean valid driver's license. 80% of our work is within 1hr of Syracuse there is the occasional project that requires travel within NYS. Company paid hotels and per diem for out-of-town projects. Must have OSHA 10hr. Compensation is prevailing wage + typically between $53-$75hr. Company truck provided for the right candidate.
