Snow removal, operation of building mechanical systems along with electrical and plumbing duties.Education Requirements:High School Graduate with technical Certification preferred.Experience Requirements:2-3 years of experience in the commercial HVAC field.Pay Rate:$19.95 - $30.92Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
