Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced carpenter with strong residential construction skills. This role offers opportunities for growth within the company and increased pay based on proven abilities and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Framing for residential structures
- Exterior siding installation
- Deck construction and repairs
- Interior trim and finish carpentry
- General residential carpentry tasks as needed
- Working efficiently as part of a team
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Experience in framing, siding, deck building, and trim work
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to take direction and work both independently and with a team
- Reliable transportation
- Punctuality and professionalism on job sites
Newer Carpenters Welcome
Newer carpenters with basic skills who are motivated to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Starting pay: $22/hour
- Must be willing to train and develop skills on the job
- Pay increases available with time, consistency, and demonstrated growth
Compensation & Growth
Hourly pay: $25–$30/hour depending on experience
Potential for regular pay increases with time, skill progression, and quality of work
Performance-based bonuses available
