We Are HiringLourdes, part of Ascension in Binghamton, NY has an exciting opportunity for a full-time RN to join our team at our Vestal Internal Medicine Practice on Shippers Road. You will be part of a team delivering preventive health screenings and care for illness and injuries. In this role you will use critical thinking to triage calls and manage messages, support highly productive providers and their support team, as well as other clinical tasks. If you have 5+ years of experience in the outpatient environment, this position may be a good fit for you.This full-time position is eligible for benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance; retirement savings plan with employer match; tuition assistance and much more. $15,000 Sign-On Bonus Eligible position. Hours : Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with occasional Saturdays.What You Will DoProvide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.Implement and monitor patient care plans.
Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Additional Preferences5+ years of experience in the outpatient environment strongly preferred.
