Fort Pike Commons Apartments, LLC is looking to hire a full-time maintenance technician to assist in our day-to-day maintenance operations. Responsibilities will include:
Interior & Exterior painting
Drywall Installation, patching & finishing.
Light Plumbing & Electrical repairs
Snow blowing/Snow Removal
Light Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance
Laminate flooring Installation/Carpet Installation
Appliance Repair (To include our HVAC/ Heat Pump mini-split systems)
Fort Pike offers “On-the-job” training for all of the above. Payment will be commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position. Tools will be provided. Applicant must possess the following attributes:
Motivated
Honest
Drug Free
Must have a clean/valid driver’s license & solid transportation to and from work.
Experience with maintenance, and/or construction is a plus
Must be a team-player (Willing to work independently, and as part of a team)
Must be respectful of our residents.
