- To support, assist and train the IT Desktop Analyst Team as needed
- Provides subject matter expertise in Windows 2008 – 2012 R2 support and implementation
- Provide day-to-day system administration support including usage monitoring, security administration (OS patch management), operating system and software installations, and system configuration
- Works with technical and functional areas to answer questions, resolve problems, and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
- Working knowledge of common services such as: DNS, SMTP, DHCP, HTTP, etc
- Reliability, customer services qualities, and ability to respond in pressure situations are essential attributes
- Provides hands-on technical support related to the overall health and maintenance of the Windows Server environments in support across multiple branch offices
