Our Team Leader is looking for a right-hand person, a driven Supervisor Banquet Sales who inspires, supports, and helps the team grow.In this role, you and your team will ensure that our Convention Centre; 1,300 m of meeting space spread across 20 rooms, and our 610 hotel rooms are filled with satisfied guests and successful events. Then read on to discover what we have to offer!What will you do?The reservations team forms the back office of our sales department and handles all incoming individual and group reservations. They ensure that every MICE request (meetings and events from 2 to 450 people, including related room bookings) is managed with excellent service.The MICE segment plays a key role in our hotel. We provide our clients with essential information, prepare quotations, process booking data, acquire new and existing clients, and ensure a smooth handover to the operational departments within the hotel (from the Kitchen to the Front Office).As Supervisor Banquet Sales, you are the main point of contact within the department. You support your Banquet Sales colleagues in their daily activities, keep an overview, and ensure everything runs smoothly. In addition, you actively contribute ideas for improving workflows and help the team grow and develop. In short: a versatile role where you can truly make an impact!
