Regional preservation company is seeking experienced vendors to complete work at foreclosed properties operating as a sub contractor.
Qualified vendors must have the equipment and the ability to perform the following services:
Change locks
Remove Debris from Properties
Cut Grass (Mow, Trim, Edge, and Blow)
Trim Shrubs
Remove Vines
Trim Trees
Winterizations
Maid Services
Cap wires and replace outlet covers
Snow Removal
Hazard Removal
Pool Cover Installation
Roof Tarping
Must Use a Smart Phone To Take and Upload Photos
Report Damages and Provide Measurements
Knowledge of Property Preservation Wizard App a plus
All work performed is held to tight turn-around times and due dates that must be met. Work is performed and uploaded using a smart phone (iPhone or Droid) and proprietary software. We offer direct deposit and payment terms are favorable.
